The next step in the process is homebuyer engagement in the physical realm. We do this through traditional signage, open houses and print advertising in our local newspaper. We also place a text code / QR code sign and a box full of smart flyers at your property to engage potential buyers. By sending a text to the number displayed or scanning the QR code, a buyer can see additional photography and information about the property on their smart phone. On the back-end it captures that buyer’s number so that we can follow up with them to see if they have any further interest in the property:
